Private mail desk
Every inbox.
One desk.
Nyxbox brings the mailboxes you already have into one quiet place. Block what you never asked for, group what matters, and set the rest aside for later.
Built for a single desk
Six things the desk does every day, and nothing that turns your mail into an ad.
All inboxes in one place
Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and any IMAP mailbox sit on one desk. Open them together, or stay inside a single account.
Spam blocking
Block a sender or a whole domain, including lookalikes. Blocked mail leaves the inbox, search, and the unread count.
Encryption
Messages and mailbox secrets are sealed before they are stored. The desk opens with your password and a second factor.
Groups
File mail into work, personal, or any group you create. A group’s count is the live sum of the inboxes inside it.
Later
Save a message, or snooze it until morning, evening, or next week. The copy on the mail server stays where it is.
Fast
While the desk is open, new mail shows up on its own. You do not sit on a refresh button.
A look at the desk
The same navy desk you open at app.nyxbox.app. Unified inbox, a letter, and Later.

Privacy and security
The desk is for one person. The public site does not ask for a password.
Sealed at rest
Subjects, bodies, and mailbox secrets are encrypted before they are written. Search uses blinded tokens, not a copy of the words in the clear.
A second factor
Sign-in asks for the password and an authenticator, passkey, or recovery code. A finished session is an HttpOnly cookie on the desk host only.
No sale, no ads
Synced mail is not sold and not used for advertising. Mail you block stays out of the inbox instead of being filed as a suggestion.
Questions
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Namecheap Private Email, and any other mailbox that speaks IMAP. Each address is its own account.
Does Nyxbox replace my mail provider?
No. The provider still holds the original mail. Nyxbox is the desk you read, file, and answer it from. Archive, delete, and send go back to that mailbox.
What happens to mail I put in Later?
It leaves the inbox on the desk until you want it, or until the time you picked. It is not deleted from the server. When it returns, it comes back unread.
Who can read a synced message?
The person who knows the desk password and the second factor. Mail is sealed at rest. Nyxbox does not sell it, and it is not used for advertising.
Where do I sign in?
The desk is at app.nyxbox.app. This site is only the introduction. A session on the desk stays there and is not sent to this page.
